Terms and Conditions for Executive Coaching:

  1. Scope of Services: The executive coaching services provided by the coach, hereinafter referred to as “Coach,” are designed to support the professional development and growth of the client, hereinafter referred to as “Client.” The specific details and goals of the coaching engagement will be mutually agreed upon by both parties.
  1. Confidentiality: The Coach agrees to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all information shared by the Client during the coaching sessions. This includes all personal, professional, and sensitive information disclosed by the Client, both orally and in written form. Confidentiality will be upheld unless legally required to disclose information or if there is potential harm to the Client or others.
  1. Professional Relationship: The coaching relationship is intended to be a professional partnership. The Coach will provide guidance, support, and feedback based on their expertise and experience, while the Client retains full responsibility for their actions, decisions, and outcomes. The Coach does not guarantee specific results but will work diligently to assist the Client in achieving their desired goals.
  1. Scheduling and Fees: The coaching sessions will be scheduled at mutually convenient times for both the Coach and the Client. In-person meetings last up to 2 hours per session. Sessions can also be scheduled via video call or telephone. Tele-coaching is available. Calls exceeding 15 minutes will be charged. A 5 working days’ notice is required to change the date or time of a coaching session. Changes made beyond this notice period will still be invoiced. The Client agrees to make 50% of the payment for coaching services in the beginning of the track and 50% is due halfway.  Any additional expenses, such as travel or materials, will be discussed and agreed upon separately.
  1. Cancellation Policy: If the Client needs to reschedule or cancel a coaching session, a minimum notice period of 5 business days’ notice should be provided to the Coach. In the event of a cancellation without adequate notice, the session may be considered forfeited, and the Client may be responsible for the full session fee.
  1. Termination: Either party may terminate the coaching engagement at any time, with written notice to the other party. If termination occurs before the completion of the agreed-upon sessions, any outstanding fees for completed sessions shall be due.
  1. Limitation of Liability: The Coach shall not be held liable for any actions, decisions, or outcomes resulting from the coaching services. The Client acknowledges that they are responsible for their own choices, actions, and results.
  1. Intellectual Property: All coaching materials, resources, and documentation provided by the Coach are protected by intellectual property laws and are intended for the personal use of the Client. They may not be reproduced, shared, or distributed without the explicit written permission of the Coach.
  1. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Jurisdiction of Leuven, in Vlaams-Brabant, in Belgium. Any disputes arising out of or related to the coaching engagement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Leuven in Belgium.

By engaging in executive coaching services with the Coach, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.

The coach has the role of a facilitator during your development process and is the keeper of your coaching process. The coach adds value by helping you understand problems, critically reviewing action plans, and providing knowledge and information.

What your coach expects from you:
