In accordance with the above, it is always your right to obtain the restriction of the processing of your personal data in accordance with article 18 AVG.

It is always your right to request to obtain your processed personal data in a structured, common and machine-readable form and to transfer it to another party in accordance with article 20 AVG.

In accordance with the above, it is also your right to object to the processing of your personal data in accordance with article 21 AVG and automated decision-making in accordance with article 22 AVG.

Right to file a complaint

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority if you believe that VPEC has collected, processed and managed your personal data in a negligent manner that causes or has caused you (potential) damage.

The requirement to disclose personal data

Given the nature of services, LLL can only provide services if you agree to share your personal data with LLL. LLL is also aware of this and therefore holds privacy and respect for your personal data in high regard.

No use of automatic decision-making

LLL does not use automatic decision-making based on your personal data and/or derivatives thereof.
